Mr. Mohammed Khalil:
-
Mr.
Mohammed Khalil is a senior corporate developer, has over than 30 years of
experience in the fields of Project Management, Human Resource Development
and Training.

Mr. Khalil
got his B.Sc. in Electrical Power and Machine Engineering from
Cairo University in
1976.
-
He has been
awarded the Project Management Professional “PMP” Certificate from the
Project Management Institute “PMI”,
Pennsylvania, USA in
2001.
-
He is a
charter member and the Executive Director of PMI MENA Chapter in
Egypt since October
1998.
-
He has been
a member of the International Committee assigned by PMI for verifying the
translation of the guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge into
Arabic language.
-
Mr. Khalil is a regular attendant for the Annual International Leadership
Meeting organized by PMI since 1999.
-
Mr. Khalil is a lecturer in a number of reputable
institutions in Egypt such as PMI MENA Chapter, the American university in
Cairo, EPM Consultancy, PROMASTAR, IHRDC, the Regional Information
Technology Institute “RITI”, Arab Academy for Science & technology and
Maritime Transport and the Consulting Engineering Center “CEC”.

He conducted a number of in-house and public management
courses for some big corporations in Egypt, Jordan, Abu Dhabi, Dubai,
Riyadh, Al Jubail, Jeddah, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Tunisia and London with
more than 10,000 contact hours of tutoring different topics of project
management.

In the period from 1979 to 1986, Mr. Khalil participated in executing a
number of national projects in Egypt such as New SALHEIA project for
reclaiming and cultivating 56,000 feddans of the desert land, installing
the medium voltage network required for feeding the industrial zone in
Sadat city with electrical power.

In the
field of human resource development, he worked as a lecturer in ARAMCO
project conducted by the American university in
Cairo during 1977,
1978.

He also
worked as the maintenance training programs’ supervisor of the water
desalination plants in K.S.A where he participated in planning and
executing the Saudization programs.

Lately he
has worked as a senior corporate developer for one of the biggest
contracting companies in the
Middle East where he
was concerned in building a project management methodology for the company
according to the latest techniques in this field.

In the year
2005, Mr. Khalil led a multi-national team for restructuring Dubai
Electricity & Water Authority "DEWA" and designed its project management
methodology as per the PMI International Project Management Standards.

Mr. Mohammed Al-Arabi:

He has
over than 20 years experience in Information Technology field.

He is a
certified ITIL foundation from OGC - England.

He has a
B.Sc in Computer and Systems Engineering.

He started
his career in Systems Engineering, moving to computer hardware and data
network, and then moved to Project Management, Marketing, and Business.

Currently
his main focus is in Training and Consultation.

He has
delivered many workshops, training courses, and presentations to a number
of organizations (Saudi Telecom,
Vodaphone, Dallah,
and Aramco).

He has
been involved heavily in project management since 1995 and has a broad
experience in managing projects.

He has
extensive experience in Project Management Office, Project Administration,
Project Management Methodologies, and Project Management Information
System (PMIS).

Mr. Al-Arabi
has started his career in business development since 1999.

Mr. Al-Arabi
has a considerable experience in developing business plans.

Comptia’s IT project+ Certified Professional.
